1. The Vegetarian Kitchen
|Where:||62 Mother Ignacia Ave, Diliman, Quezon City|
|Budget:||Php 300 – Php 600 (for sharing)|
|Go-To Food:||Couscous Paella (Phased Out); Bibimbap (Php 291); Mixed Fruits and Vegetable Salad with Strawberry Vinaigrette (Php 219) or Creamy Pumpkin Soup (Php 154); Calamansi Mint Cooler (Php 75)|
|What I Love:||
Originally it was the Couscous Paella, but it was phased out. Now, it’s the Bibimbap! You can eat a whole plate of this alone but if you want to try the other food on the menu like the pumpkin soup and salad, then you better share with company.
The Vegetarian Kitchen changes its menu from time to time based on their theme. The last time I ate there, it was Indian (confusing because they had Bibimbap) and the place was decorated accordingly.
|Alternative:||I haven’t explored most of restaurant’s menu yet (I almost always arrive at their closing time at 9pm), but I will update soon!|
